However, this Lifetime Warranty is only offered to customers who purchase their firearms using the BudsPoliceSupply.Com 1yr No Payment/No Interest financing option.

Lifetime Gun Warranty Terms and Conditions
BudsPoliceSupply.Com warrants that any *eligible gun sold by BudsPoliceSupply.Com will be repaired or replaced at no charge, subject to the following conditions:

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

• If the firearm cannot be repaired, and no replacement is available, we will offer you current retail value credit (as determined by BudsPoliceSupply.Com) towards the purchase of a similar item from BudsPoliceSupply.Com

• This warranty applies to both new and used guns.

• Customer must pay any costs associated with sending the firearm to BudsPoliceSupply.Com for repair or replacement. Insured shipping is recommended.

• If a firearm is repaired, the firearm may be returned directly to the customer if it was sent from the customer's address. If a firearm is replaced, the customer must take delivery from a licensed FFL dealer. The customer may have additional charges, such as transfer fees and background check fees, if the gun must be replaced and resent to a transferring FFL dealer. BudsPoliceSupply.Com is not responsible for these additional fees.

• BudsPoliceSupply.Com will only pay for insured freight costs back to the customer or the customer's dealer.

• This warranty covers the firearm as originally sold by the Manufacturer and/or BudsPoliceSupply.Com, but does not extend to new or used guns altered or rebuilt after their original purchase. This Lifetime Warranty does NOT apply to scopes or other accessories attached to the firearm.

• Accuracy is NOT included in this Warranty.

• This supplemental lifetime warranty covers the firearm against manufacturer's defects only. It does not cover the replacement or refinishing of parts that are subject to normal wear throughout the lifespan of the firearm.

BudsPoliceSupply.Com LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACING OR REPAIRING THE NONPERFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS AS DETERMINED BY BudsPoliceSupply.Com. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL.

*This warranty applies to both new and used firearms sold after August 1, 2008 only when purchased using the BudsPoliceSupply.Com 1 Year No Payment/No Interest financing option. BudsPoliceSupply.Com reserves the right to make all final determinations for any exceptions to this warranty.
