Forgot to mention that it comes with a Magpul PMAG, which I was not expecting. That was just an added bonus.

I ordered the gun on a Saturday and had it by Friday of the next week. That is freaky fast service. I must admit, I was a little unsure that all these reviews were accurate about Bud's service but after a smooth transaction and receiving my M&P15 so fast, I'm sold on Bud's. My local FFL said that he has done a lot of business with Bud's and always has a good experience with them. Also, I read one review on here that said his M&P15 did not come with rail covers. My gun, however, came with rail covers as depicted. So his shipment must have been an error. Anyways, I'm excited to take this beast out and see what she can do!

've had this weapon for over a month now and I've put a lot of rounds through it. No misfeeds with any ammo I've ran through it. I have almost 29 years in the military and this is the tightest AR15/M16 that I've ever fired. The upper receiver and the lower receiver fit extremely tight. No shakiness at all. The bolt carrier is extremely tight with the bolt but the bolt slides just the right amount. Trigger is smooth. The shot groups this gun produces are unbelievable. This gun came with Troy Sights and Troy rails and rail covers. It also came with a Magpul mag with dust cover. This weapon is quality folks. I put an EOtech 533 on this bad boy and my groups are real tight. The Troy rails and sights sold separately would run you over $400. If you want a nice AR15, this is the gun to get. I'm stationed at Ft. Benning, Home of the Infantry and they sell ARs in the PX now. Carbines not even equipped as nice as this one are going for $1600-$2000. Smith and Wesson hit a home run with this bad boy. I've added a dark earth Magpul buttstock, dark earth Falcon Industries grip, dark earth Magpul Mag and dark earth rail covers. Not only does this weapon shoot sweet, it looks sweet. With those quad rails it looked good without my upgrades but now it's a show dog. I get such tight shot groups, there is absolutely no point in any trigger work. I'm convinced that there in no better AR15 sold within $1000 dollars of the price of this gun. Go pay $2000 for an AR and meet me at the range and see if you can put together tighter shot groups than you can with this S&W. My bullet holes are touching so unless you can consistently place your bullets in the exact same hole, it ain't happening. I'll put this gun against any "FACTORY" mass-production AR built. Smith & Wesson didn't half step with this one folks. Craftsmanship is impeccable. This gun is going to my boy when I die.

The price is very good. If you factor tax, local prices where I live are about $400 higher than what Buds sells this weapon. Shipped on Friday took delivery on Monday. The weapon is sweet. S&W M&P stamped all over it. On the sights, magazine, rails, different places on the lower receiver and even an S&W emblem on the telescopic stock. Troy rails and Troy battle sights front and rear. This is a nice weapon. Sure I could have built one but I didn't want to, I wanted the M&P Tactical. I bought an EOTech from Buds also. This is exactly the gun I wanted for a price I was willing to pay.
It does not come with a case. It comes shipped in a S&W box with decent foam packaging. Not a problem as cases are not expensive. Thanks Buds for a good deal and good service.
