Just got my XDM 3.8 last week and it is a fantastic weapon! It looks and feels amazing. I took it to the range and shot 4 magazines through it. Zero malfunctions. I was a little apprehensive about the barrel length and possible lack of accuracy, but it was no issue at all. The XDM was just as accurate as my full-size Glocks if not little more so. Just for fun I threw a soda can on the ground at about 15 yards and shot that thing down the range another 15 to 20 yards until there was nothing left of it to shoot. Grip, sights, and trigger pull were excellent. I went with the XDM 3.8 package because of it's size, comfort, and magazine capacity. The slide serrations are very aggressive and make manipulation of the slide a breeze...even with my sweaty hands in the Arizona heat. I love my Glocks, but the XDM seems to have taken many of Glocks great ideas and made them better.
