This is my first Springfield handgun. As soon as I got it from Buds, I took it straight to the range. No FTF or Failed to Eject problems, just bang everytime. The Gun has a very nice feel, recoil was a little more then I expected, but still very manageable. The Back safety / grip kind of hurt my hand, but a shooting glove may help. The gun is very accurate, and the sights a nice. The only bad thing about the gun is the magazine release is hard to push. I ‘m not sure if it’s maybe the magazines or if there may be something wrong with the gun. So far I’m sold on a XD.. It is also very comfortable to carry open or for CCDW. So far I have only used the supplied holstered.
